Follow the steps below if you want to change your username and/or password for the VPN connection.
1. Login to the client area
Go to the client area on https://billing.vpn.ht/clientarea.php and enter your client area credentials to login.
2. Click 'Manage' behind your current subscription
3. You should now have reached your VPN product page. Check that it matches the looks of the image below
4. Click the 'Change username' or 'Change password' tab to change your username or password.
